Colorado Highways: State NHS Roads

This page is a list of state-maintained highways in Colorado that are part of the National Highway System. The NHS was created in 1995 as a replacement of the old Federal Aid Primary and Federal Aid Secondary systems. You can rest assured that any roadway that is part of the NHS is a major roadway.
