The photo album goes from west to east. All pictures taken 22 June 2002. Here on page 3 the photos are from east of Hanging Lake to the east end of Glenwood Canyon.

Eastbound east of Hanging Lake.

A picture in about the same location as the one immediately above, only on the westbound road.

A picture I've made extra big because it's my favorite picture of the whole bunch. Looking west from the recreation trail east of Hanging Lake, the same area as the two pictures above.

Westbound approaching the Reverse Curve Tunnel. The eastbound road goes beside the rock outcropping and so does not need a tunnel.

Westbound on the French Creek Viaduct, looking southwest down the canyon.

Another view of the French Creek Viaduct, from the recreation trail.

A shot of an eastbound UPRR coal train. This is looking south across the river from the Bair Ranch rest area. You can see here the canyon has begun to disappear and turn into a broad valley.

A plaque at the Grizzly Creek rest area, advertising Glenwood Canyon receiving the American Society of Civil Engineers' Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award for 1993.
